Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum

This was an undergrad production of FORUM while at Florida International University. I was the assistant costume designer and I designed the five characters: Miles Gloriosus, Titinabula, and three Protean Soldiers.

There wasn’t a large budget for this show, so I found a way to build the armor out of foam that became practical and very affordable. Also, much of the fabric that was worn by the rest of the cast and under the armor was originally white. It was tie dyed according to each character’s color scheme.
